Use: As each treatment ends, your Cold Therapy Socks will return to room temperature. Insert the frozen replacement gel packs into the socks to extend the duration of your cold therapy treatment.
Instructions: Store in freezer or refrigerator inside of cold therapy socks or a plastic bag. Additional instructions on gel packs. May also be heated in microwave for heat therapy treatment as needed.
